How booking works

1. Pick your dates. Click your arrival day and then your departure day in the calendar and press Continue. Dates that are already taken are marked as occupied — the calendar is synchronised with Booking.com, so what you see is up to date.
2. Check the price. In the second step you will see a summary of your dates and the total price. If part of your stay falls into a seasonal period, you will see the breakdown night by night.
3. Send a non-binding request. Fill in your name, e-mail, phone, address and the number of guests (up to 3). Right after sending you will receive an e-mail with your reservation number.
4. We confirm. We check your request and confirm it as soon as possible. Only then is the reservation final.

Terms of stay

• Deposit: for longer stays or bookings made well in advance we may ask for a deposit of 50–100 €, depending on the total price, payable right after the reservation is confirmed. If a deposit is required, we will tell you the amount and how to pay it when we confirm your reservation.
• Cancellation: if you cancel your stay or do not arrive, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Children: a baby cot is available on request — just mention it in the note when booking.
• Pets: pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• Payment: you can pay for your stay in cash or by bank transfer.
